ABOUT US

What We Do to Help

Search &
Rescue

When someone goes missing or there are civil emergencies such as a flood, our team of volunteers is one of nine in the province that can be activated by police or EMO to assist. We are trained and equipped to manage search operations and wellness checks, providing on-call boots on the ground 24/7/365.

Prevention & Education

Through various educational programs and community outreach activities like Hug a Tree and AdventureSmart, our organization aims to decrease the number of searches by raising awareness and preparing individuals with safe trip planning.

Community Involvement

We frequently assist with public events in things like traffic control and by providing on site first aid when communities need us. These go hand in hand with our fundraising efforts.

Fundraising & Public Relations

We are a 100% volunteer based charitable organization, which means we rely heavily on fundraising and the generous support of the communities we serve. Thank you to all of those who have helped us to keep going.
